Quick summary

Key points before the full policy

Before work starts

A cancellation request may be reviewed for refund before project work starts, after deducting non-recoverable costs.

After work starts

Completed work, approved milestones, time spent, delivered assets, and committed expenses are generally non-refundable.

Review timeline

Eligible requests are reviewed within 7 business days, and approved refunds are usually initiated within 7 to 10 business days.

Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to payments made to Tyon Technologies for website development, software development, SEO, digital marketing, advertising support, WhatsApp automation, AI automation, branding, UI/UX, consulting, and related digital service work.

  • It applies to service payments, project advances, milestone payments, consulting fees, setup charges, and related digital work.
  • Project-specific cancellation or refund terms in a written proposal, invoice, agreement, or official communication will take priority where applicable.
  • This policy does not override third-party provider, payment gateway, bank, UPI app, card issuer, wallet, hosting, domain, or advertising platform rules.

Cancellation Before Work Starts

If you cancel a confirmed service order before work has started, you may request a refund of the amount paid.

  • Any non-recoverable charges already incurred may be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • Examples include third-party tools, domains, hosting, paid media setup, payment gateway charges, taxes, or other committed costs.
  • Refund eligibility depends on payment verification, project status, and whether any work or external expense has already started.

Refund Eligibility After Work Starts

Once discovery, planning, design, development, campaign setup, content creation, automation setup, consulting, or any other agreed work has started, payments are generally non-refundable for completed work.

  • Completed work, time spent, approved milestones, delivered assets, and committed expenses are generally not refundable.
  • If a project is cancelled after partial work has been completed, we may refund only the unused portion at our discretion.
  • Any unused-portion refund may be calculated after deducting completed work, committed costs, taxes, and applicable charges.

Non-Refundable Items

Some payments cannot be refunded because the work, access, cost, or external commitment has already been used or delivered.

  • Discovery, consulting, strategy, audit, planning, project management, and communication time already spent.
  • Design drafts, development work, content, campaign setup, automation setup, integrations, reports, or assets already delivered or approved.
  • Domain names, hosting, licenses, plugins, software subscriptions, paid tools, stock assets, advertising spends, and third-party platform costs.
  • Payment gateway charges, taxes, bank charges, UPI or wallet charges, and any other non-recoverable transaction costs.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation review, contact us with the information needed to verify the payment and project status.

  • Share your name, phone number, invoice number or payment reference, payment date, service purchased, and reason for the request.
  • We may ask for additional details before confirming whether a refund is eligible.
  • Requests should be sent through official contact channels so the payment and communication history can be checked properly.

Refund Review and Processing Timeline

Eligible refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days after we receive the required information.

  • Approved refunds are usually initiated within 7 to 10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
  • Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, UPI app, wallet, or payment gateway involved.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

If an amount is debited for a failed transaction or a duplicate payment is received, contact us with the payment reference.

  • After verification, the duplicate or failed-payment amount will be refunded or adjusted against an invoice, as applicable.
  • Bank, gateway, card, UPI, wallet, or provider timelines may affect when the amount appears in your account.
  • Keep the payment reference, transaction screenshot, and payment date available for faster verification.
